Jason and Lucia: Their Relationship and Story
The relationship between Jason and Lucia is a defining element of Grand Theft Auto VI.
Both characters have criminal connections and ambitions that may offer them an opportunity to change their lives.

The trailers emphasize their emotional connection, their willingness to take risks together, and the importance of trust.
Are Jason and Lucia a Couple?
Yes. Rockstar's promotional materials present Jason and Lucia as romantic partners whose relationship is closely connected to the game's criminal storyline.
Their dynamic has drawn comparisons to the historical criminal couple Bonnie and Clyde, although Rockstar has not described GTA 6 as a direct retelling of their story.
Will Players Control Both Characters?
Jason and Lucia are the two protagonists prominently featured in official GTA 6 materials.
However, detailed information about character-switching controls, mission restrictions, and all gameplay mechanics should be taken from Rockstar's official gameplay presentations rather than unverified leaks.
Cal Hampton: Jason's Friend
Cal Hampton is a friend of Jason and an associate of Brian Heder.
Rockstar describes Cal as a suspicious and conspiracy-minded character who prefers spending time at home, monitoring Coast Guard communications and browsing the internet.

His ambitions center on Only Raw Records, a record label associated with Boobie Ike.

The two have known each other since high school and built a reputation through music, social media, and their earlier criminal activities.

Although both women have been officially introduced, Rockstar has not confirmed that either is a playable protagonist.
Raul Bautista: The Professional Bank Robber
Raul Bautista is an experienced bank robber who relies on confidence, charm, and calculated risk-taking.
He continually searches for people willing to participate in increasingly ambitious robberies.
